Tim Linnington has successfully completed many major projects including sports ground construction, electricity transmission infrastructure, quarrying and industrial schemes, road and other linear developments.

Comprehensive Landscape Input
Of particular note is our strength in providing comprehensive landscape input into Environmental Assessment.
We have considerable experience in scoping and managing EA’s from project conception through to post-project appraisal. In addition, we are frequently called upon to audit specialist aspects of Environmental Statements. Our proven approach to this area has been successfully employed in progressing a number of environmentally sensitive projects to the satisfaction of both the statutory consultees and planning authorities.  

PUBLIC INQUIRY & EXPERT WITNESS
Encor can deliver EA’s through to planning consent via a range of routes, including s.106 Agreements, Public Inquiries and can provide Expert Witness representation.
